In her early twenties, weaver Monique Ratelle discovered a passion for textile arts. Over time, she became expert in sewing, pattern-drawing, weaving and interior design. Today, she weaves her works using natural fibres purchased during her foreign travels. She draws inspiration from the latest trends seen in Quebec, America and Europe, especially Scandinavian style.

Ecru and black tones skilfully alternate in a low-key design that highlights the raw beauty of linen’s natural fibre.
