After 20years of making pottery, ceramist DianeDemers co-founded the Atelier Tour à Tour in 2001. Today, she still makes the beauty of her environment speak through the raw clay that gracefully takes shape under her fingertips, finding definition and refinement. This pot, a utility object shaped to the rhythm of its creator’s inhales and exhales, will become an essential tool in your kitchen! By design, it allows food to be well preserved using the millennia-old technique of lactic fermentation, which simply consists in sprinkling it with salt and waiting for natural lactic ferments to do their work. Sauerkraut, kimchi, various vegetables… Prepare colourful preserves inspired by culinary traditions around the world!
