Porcelain maple syrup jar

The work of multidisciplinary artist Cindy Labrecque draws upon her great interest in mixing techniques, as she works in ceramics, photography, video, printing, painting and drawing. Her Chaudière-Appalaches roots also colour her work, which echoes with its vast, unpopulated spaces.

This sleek bottle with a classic silhouette pays tribute to the rich tradition of maple water harvesting and syrup preparation.

• Hand-thrown in Quebec City
• Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photo
• 3.5″ (9cm) in diameter x 7″ (17.5cm) tall
• Approximately 600 ml capacity to hold a full can of maple syrup (generally 540 ml)
