- 1 bar (56 g) of 70% dark chocolate Peru: grown in the heart of Peru’s rainforest by the Nomastsigenga and Soromoro communities, cocoa from San Martin de Pangoa (Junín) produces a highly complex 70% dark chocolate. Made from Criollo and local varieties, it reveals delicate notes of jasmine, plum, cherry, and tea, emblematic of this unique region.
