• Maple Chocolate: the essence of Canada, created with Davison maple syrup, a Nova Scotia tradition for over 100 years

Julien and Nathalie opened their chocolate shop after spending a few years in the trade in Europe. Their chocolates are handmade with natural ingredients, including the finest fair trade cocoa and several components from Nova Scotia.
